Spot The Gap works with organisations across a range of sectors including the culture, sport, education and public sectors and with not for profits.
We have particular expertise in working with small to medium sized organisations, who do not have in-house HR or EDI expertise.

Alex Marshall (she/her) is the founder of Spot The Gap. She's spent her career working with organisations that want to make the greatest social impact and latterly, with those trying to get the foundations of their organisations right, so that every employee has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
